Other Grants And Supporting Evidence
Many charities assess personal circumstances, including income, benefits, location and disability-related needs. Most will expect a healthcare professional, such as a GP, physiotherapist or occupational therapist, to complete or support the application.

Could Access To Work Help?
Access to Work supports eligible disabled people and people with health conditions to start or stay in paid work. Support can include specialist equipment and eligible travel costs when public transport cannot be used.
The main scheme covers England, Scotland and Wales, with a separate scheme in Northern Ireland. Applicants must be 16 or over and in paid work, or about to start or return within 12 weeks. Part-time, self-employed and home workers can qualify.
Funding depends on your circumstances and the decision on your application. Employer responsibilities for reasonable adjustments still apply. Check approval and payment arrangements before committing to a purchase.

We help customers with quotations and supporting reports explaining their work-related mobility needs.
- Describe the walking tasks involved in getting to and from work.
- Explain movement between desks, rooms and shared spaces.
- Provide the chosen size, specifications and a written quotation.
- Discuss use alongside other equipment, including a height adjustable desk.
We can also discuss using LifeGlider with a height adjustable desk and the space needed for your workstation.
Order Directly.
Ask Us Anything.
You can order LifeGlider directly from Mobility UK. We recommend a free video demonstration so you can see the features and ask questions, but it is optional. You do not need to book an assessment or demonstration before buying.
Use our size checker and check the height range, inside leg and maximum user weight for your chosen size. Current prices and ordering options are shown on our product page.
Applying for funding? Check the funder's rules before ordering or paying. Some schemes cannot help with an item already ordered or purchased.
