LifeGliders supplied by Mobility UK come with a 12-month warranty, supported here in the UK through our return-to-base repair service.
LifeGlider is well made and, in our experience, repairs are rarely needed. We quality-check our units before dispatch.
If Something Needs Attention
Contact us first with your purchase details, a description of the issue and clear photos or a short video. We can help identify the next step, confirm warranty coverage and arrange a return where needed.
Please agree the return arrangements with us before sending your LifeGlider back.
Our warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.

Brake Adjustments And Wheel Changes
A competent local bike shop can often help with basic mechanical work, including adjusting the brakes or fitting replacement wheels. Contact us first so we can advise on the work and the correct parts, particularly if it may be a warranty repair.
We can discuss the issue with you or your repairer before work begins. Any work should follow the LifeGlider instructions, with the brakes and wheels checked before the frame is used again.
If the brakes are not holding, a wheel is loose or the frame is damaged, stop using the LifeGlider and contact us for help.
Wheels are a wear item and replacement LifeGlider wheels are available directly from Mobility UK.
LifeGlider wheels are specifically selected for their strength, bearings and ease of use. A wheel that looks similar may not be designed to carry a person's weight and could fail under load.
Contact us before replacing a wheel so we can confirm compatibility and supply the correct replacement.
For any other replacement part, send us a photo and a description of what you need so we can check availability.
