For years, Frankie could not walk her dogs standing up. She used crutches for short distances and a mobility scooter for anything further.
Her conditions affect her gait and her ability to control the direction she walks. Small changes in the ground can cause her to trip, slopes make her lose her balance, and sometimes she suddenly loses feeling in her legs and falls.
LifeGlider has helped her feel safe enough to get walking again.
